I recently installed LMMS and launched the software. I closed it and came back to it to find this error, can I get some help resolving it?

Some more info on the operating system would be nice.

Windows ?

Along with Version of LMMS, 64 bit or 32?

please post your:
* OS (+service-pack-ver)
* lmms vers
* hardware specification (ram & soundcard is the most imortant)
* lmms sound device chosen
* if any -screenshots of error
