The Error That Wont Go Away (VST plugins)

So since I discovered you could download instruments and use them on a vst. I downloaded a couple of them but after downloading ''lowa piano'' and ''skerratt london piano''. I made a great melody that I wanted to save so I saved it but after when i wanted to open it up again and listen to it. Lmms started loading and stopped on 94% so I waited in hope of something happening but nothing happened so I clicked on the X thing to close it and I got a message ''Maize sampler player'' ''unable to load this instrument.'' So I closed it and tried again but the same thing happened it only happens when I try to open up my project not lmms.Sorry guys for this long text i just wanted to be accurate. So how do i fix it ?? (sry for bad english)

Hmmm.
Not sure if this will work.
But here it goes.

1) Make sure Lmms is closed.

2) Remove or delete the piano Vst's dll from the Lmms vst folder.

3) Open Lmms and load your project.

4) If your project loads successfully (without the vst that was removed), then close the project and Lmms.

5) Put the vst dll back into the Lmms vst folder.

6) Reopen Lmms.

7) Open the project.

And see what happens from there.

Note: You could skip, steps 3 and 4 if you want.

If you're still getting problems, the problem could either be Lmms, or the vst.
Or, probably something else.

Yup LMMS support VST, but not all.

Brandi's method should work.

-As is other issues that sometimes occur when some vst's are loaded.
Obs ! Brandi's method will NOT harm your project! All notes that was saved are preserved!

As an alternative to the problem piano-vst, i recommend MDA-piano

Well it didn't work at all even when i upload the project without the vst plugins it still doesn't work

I decided to delete the VST's but when i want to do it it says action cant be done because its open in another program, which program what do they mean ???

That would be a sleeping instance on your computer.
Do this
Save files from open programs, other than LMMS.
Shut your computer completely down
Wait one minute (this is important for your hardware!)
Boot the computer
Follow the steps in

In case this still not work, i need to know the size of your project on disk, and weather it is saved as type mmp or mmpz

Guys i fixed it i just downloaded lmms but 32 bit instead of 64. the only problem is that i cannot remove the vst i dont use .
But still thanks for the help

Good that you fixed it. cant quite understand how 32x could fix anything 8{
If you know the name of the failing vst, you should get rid of it with fore mentioned methods, but thats the problem, right? You dont know the dll-name?

I think its lowa piano but my pc wont let me remove it because its open in another file or something
