How do I edit Samples in lmms?

I tried audio file processor and sample track, the reason I want to make a mashup but the problem is I cant because I font know how to edit songs. I use wav files. and I checked all over the internet.

Editing audio samples is not a function that LMMS really provides. Most of us use Audacity for .wav editing and then import the edited versions back to LMMS for mixing etc.

You can sort of use samples. You can trim the end and move the sample more precisely by holding control after you start trimming or moving. You can add effects. For some reason, you can't clip the beginning of the sample, but you can use an automation of volume to make it silent.
