LFO Controllers Fail to Export Properly

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
The issue is as follows:
While working on my current project, I have an LFO controller running synced to the tempo, attached to the FM gain on a ZynAddSubFX instrument. It works perfectly fine when playing the song normally. However, when I'm rendering/exporting the song, the syncing is essentially thrown out the window. The LFO seems to skip and move sporadically from point to point, sometimes occasionally actually sticking to the oscillator. Changing sync options, etc. on export have no effect. Does anybody here know what might be causing this problem? It's giving me a lot of trouble.

Thanks in advance!

I am currently running Windows 7 (Service Pack 1, if I'm correct), using LMMS 1.1.3 under SDL. Thank you for your help =)

Update: I tried the latest development version, that also failed to sync the LFO properly while exporting =/

The wobble is the same in replay and export
What are your exact export settings.
I just used defaults..

I used the defaults as well. Strange... I'll edit this in post after I export the wobble.

EDIT: Sent you a PM with the exported version of the wubs.

You forgot to tell me what sound-devise you have in

-should be SDL for windows, but ...if this one is a 'sdl-thing' then pigs will fly into the ovens for xmas..

Have to do some experiments.. 8|
I think you can scratch the devise thing..
I have found the reason.
It is not export that does it. It is the pop-up of export window!
You can provoke it if you change size ao position of sub-windows.

It took a while to understand this bug :p
Is it ok to share the project among devs? Need to do that.

Go ahead! I'd be happy to help the development of the program! Heck, I once even tried to partake in development myself =P
