Hi guys. I was wondering, I have the "famous" Synth 1 Vers. 112..........and I would like to know, how to install it. I know the Synth1 dll goes into the VST folder, but there are "alot of other files" that accompany it.
eg: 9 sound banks
zipbank
settings
images
2 google html thingy's.
And two exe's........eg. initsettings. exe and reg2ini.exe

My question is how to install these other files?
Do I Make a folder, and put the Synth 1 dll. and all of the other accompanying stuff in that same folder?
And the exes. do I have to "install them? Or just put them in the same folder with Synth 1 dll. and stuff? And not install the exes?
Install.... meaning: double click each exes.

synth1 need to be installed with the 'setup.exe', that should be one of the files in the packadge (scan for vira before)
point to your lmms-VSTs directory as the install folder
This is (btw) all explained in the readmeeng.html: "Installation and Uninstallation"

Thanks for the reply musikbear. I read online that there are some inconsistencies in the manual's instructions. That's why I chose to ask this question, in the Lmms forum.
