exporting a single loop

When I export a loop it always exports silence after the loop ends on my wave file. How can I get it to just export the loop and end exactly at the end of the loop on time?

Upgrade to the latest version of LMMS 0.4.14-rc1, this feature to cut end silence from an exported loop is now implimented

thanx--that looks like the exact answer but how do you update to the new?I tried downloading the new version several times but it didn't work.

You should not 'upgrade'. rc1 is -only- a bug test release. there may (or may not) be changes in the next official release, that will make project made with rc1 useless - I dont think it will be the case, but there are no guantees
