Latency error with vestige

I'm using lmms in lubuntu 12.04. I've installed Dream Studio for Ubuntu and all is working ok. I can use lmms to play some instruments. I've tried vestige to play some vst instruments and it has worked (althouth not with all the instruments). But always I use vestige latency rises. I can't work in low latency with vestige. I can do it with the other instruments but not with vestige.

Can anybody help me to use vestige and keep the low latency?

This is may be due to a bad performance of your CPU and of your computer overall, what specific plugins are you using?

I suggest you to try some low latency plugins than (like Synth1, MDA Piano..)

PS I suggest to try this as well:
Go to LMMS, Edit, Settings, Performance Settings
Thank check "Disable channel activiy indicators", and "Only press keys on channel-piano manually" options.

Also on Ubuntu, you can try to increase performance of several VST plugins with the following command
lmms > /dev/null 2>&1 &
