When can I ask some tips about LMMS?

Welcome to the Lmms Forums Dualboa.
You got good advice already from musikbear.

General: is normally where we will discuss music, vst's and other music stuff etc.

Support - is where you get help for any problems you encounter in lmms.
eg. Lmms not loading. Or Vst's not working etc.

Production - is where you can get help or ask questions, on how to make rare sounds, sound effects
or trying to understand principles of music etc.

Tutorials: is full of tutorials related to Lmms and music. eg. How to make synth sounds, special effects, drops
mixing and mastering etc.
It even has video tutorials that deal with Lmms.
