hello, as you've read on the subject of the topic im a new user of lmms and unfortunately im also new to the music production industry (literally I don't know anything )
I wanted to ask if there is any sound packs for lmms and where is a good place to find tutorials other than lmms's youtube channel.

Check out the Tutorials section, for lots of tuts and vids, dealing with Lmms.
Some tuts, even deal with making drops, synth sounds, special effects and a ton of cool other stuff too.
