Configuring LMMS for M Audio MobilePre

I'm using LMMS 0.4.13 on Windows 7 x64
How do I set up LMMS to use my MobilePre USB interface? I've tried a number of different settings and I can't get it to work. I've also tried the SDL option with the mobilepre driver with no luck. Any advice would be helpful.
