Wrote this using the GeneralUser GS soundfont: https://soundcloud.com/peeftube-music/a ... riumphance

This is quite different from some of my other stuff, fair warning!
I like the melody, quite cinematic, but do not like the instrument(s). I think you should use better presets, and not these '8bittish' hollow presets.
zasfx ao -Synth1 is where i always go, but mda-piano, is quite close to fl-keys (actually i has been told that they are identical, but im not sure)
You can get much more out of this composition with those, and actually, if you for some reason like to use genuser-sf, then try to work with the presets, like:

Didn't use any presets on this one :|

This was purely the use of a soundfont. My other music uses Zyn anywhere from 90%-100% of the time, otherwise it's soundfonts or even more rarely another type of plugin; assuming it's not made using a MIDI file (which then results in me using Sonar X3 Producer).

Literally every single LMMS project file I've written since October 2016 has at least a reverb effect on it to make things sound "fuller."
Wooah! Now that is some sick, rapid fast piano playing. :D
The melodies are nice too. :)

Thanks! :D
After writing it I could notice a definite inspiration from Laura Shigihara's music, mainly the Plants vs. Zombies OST. Something about this piano sound is similar.

Eh, i'd have to disagree, Ive used both, and MDA-piano pales in comaprison to FL keys.

Nice song! like musikbear said, a nice cinematic tone to it.
Thanks! :)
...at the beginning weak use filter at piano...

Idea good... but, the whole is muffled...
You need a better sound (better vst, sampels), you have the talent, but it sounds amateur...
Nice track!
Well done!
