TripleOscillator seemingly incorrect pitch on octaves

I've currently have setup a simple song with oscillators and zynaddsubfx, but even though the notes are correctly written in their respective scale, when I play double octave notes on the oscillator melody, it sounds like the pitch is a bit up.

I've checked the oscillator alone and it sounds ok, but when I add other instruments (which are most in a 3rd minor downwards) then the pitch sounds weird. Any help? :S

I think you need to make a test with simple tones, and not this music one. I can tell you that 3oc is changed in PR2, but the flaw was not related to pitch

you btw do not say what lmms you have installed
Have you made sure PITCH next to VOL is unchanged on all instruments?
