Lag and Buggs in the program

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Hello guy's, I'm a long time user of LMMS but new to the forum. I wish my participation in here would be under better circumstances, but things didn't worked out great. I'll cut to the issue now:

In the past (from 2013 to this day) I'd been working with LMMS version 0.4.15 on my Dell Laptop from 2009. The program worked fine. There was the occasional bug here and there but nothing alarming and it was pretty much smooth sailing.
Snap back the present time and I just got a new computer. This time an MSI Computer last generation. I decided to transfer the work I had made on my laptop to my new computer, and, while I was at it, upgrade LMMS to version 1.1.3. Most of my older files work fine, though I have to re-create the sounds and instrument because they are not taken into account by the program. I had this problem before, so it's no big deal, and it's nothing alarming. At least not to the point of asking for help on a forum.

Now the real problem is the actual program. When I try doing absolutely anything on it, it will freeze at different interval, crashing the use of right click on my mousse or simply crash and forcing me to restart. It is not only annoying, but it makes the simplest task practically impossible to do. The fact that the program won't let my mouse work afther a couple of minutes, sometime second, is frustrating. If any of you have any idea of what should be done, or if you need some pictures to show the problem, feel free to ask. I am truly at a lost and have no idea of what I should go. Please help.
Hi!

What OS/version are you using?

We are working toward releasing lmms 1.2, so if you're up to it you could try the latest release candidate to see if it work better for you. Your specific issue might have been solved already.
https://lmms.io/download/#windows
It's a Windows 10 Familly 64 bits.
I installed the 64 bit version of LMMS 1.1.3. It should work but I wonder if the 32 bit version would be more efficient.
Also, thanks for the tip. I'll try right away to see if it works out properlly with the latest build.
The 1.2.0 version refuse the open my older project due to the program saying that it's unable to find some of the sample present inside the project, although they are clearly on the computer and on the appropriated folder. After telling me about the error alert, everything freeze and the software crash. I am completely lost onto what's going on!

*Edit*
The program seem to work fine for the moment. I think it kinda freaked out when so many error popped-up. Nothing really surprising, sometime freeze like this can happen out of the blue. And it's still been worked on so it's perfectly fine.

*Second Edit*
Now it's start freezing again out of nowhere at random interval. Is it my processor? Because my old laptop was way worst then what my computer offers. It's brand new and highly regarded. I don't know if the 32bit version might change this problem, but I am more then confuse as to what is even going on with and where the problem come from. They send me no information concerning the program being frozen, so I have no idea how to repair the problem.
Here's some new information.

I decided to go back and Install de version that was on my laptop. (LMMS 0.4.15) and to my surprise, this version have the same issue then the 2 other more recent version, so something tells me that it's not the program doing but more on the part of my computer or the software needed.

Does LMMS require some specificity to work? Like JAVA or something? I hope to be able to resolve this. I am so fucking lost right now.

I don't know Windows that well unfortunately and every platform we support has their own specific issues.

Are there any specific plugins/VST's you use in all/most of your projects?
What audio interface are you using?
Edit -> Settings -> Audio Settings
If it's about the audio setting, it's put on ''SDL (Simple DirectMedia Player)''
I have done the update of Windows 10, and nothing seem to have changed concerning the software.
I deleted everything about the software. I've installed back v.1.1.3. And the problem persist.

Okay.
1) Does it crash, if you open a new blank project?

Okay, this is strange.
2) Does the project have any 3rd party vst's? If it does, what 3rd party vst's are being used in the project? :geek:
All the third party midi that are being used are hand made or come from the internet/midi bank that worked fine on the other computer. To give an exemple of how consistent the bug is occurring, here's a walkthrough of how the problem come in play.

- I install LMMS 1.1.3
- Put on a midi that is already in the program. ( for exemple)
- Start Right-Clicking on the base line editor
- After 5-6 click, the ''Action-Window'' that activate when clicking on the Right-Mouse start fading away
- After, it become invisible and only the border of the window start appearing, making it unusable
- Now that it's inaccessible, I have to restart the program.
- Rince and repeat.

This issue is consistant on version 1.1.3, 1.2 and 0.4.15. I didn't tried other version, but I assume that it must be consistent due to the difference present in each version.

When the program work (For like, 2 minute) the sound are really good. No audio issue seems to be there. The program itself stop responding to the Right-Click of my mouse even if I haven't made anything. I haven't installed everything on the computer (I bought it the 9th of January). Java and stuff like that are still to be installed. Is there any program or aspect that are known to be had or known to interfere with the software?
I am also confuse concerning the OS require. When I go into the information of the program, it doesn't show Windows 10. It goes up to 8 and that's it. My other computer doesn't have a license on it, so nothing came in interference with the program on that front.
