I'm new to lmms and have a midi keyboard and I'm wondering if it is possible to connect my keyboard to lmms. I have a midi to usb cord so all I need to know is if it is possible to hook up my keyboard and if so how can I hook up my keyboard so I can record it to lmms.

sure, a lot peeps has done it- but it totally depends on what kb you own. you will find a list over know working kb i a thread here in the forum, if i remember correctly, but yes -lmms DO support some midi-keyboards
If you get yours working it would be nice to know for later references

Why not make an updated list called: List of keyboards that work in Lmms.
And put that list, in the Tutorials or Generals Section of the Lmms Forum.
For everyone to see.

Every user who has discovered, or used a keyboard that works, well, or very well in Lmms, can add it to the list.
It'll be an Lmms community effort.

This is a very good idea indeed.
I don't know how to create such a list but I think it would be a very nice add on to the Lmms documentation.
I would be pleased to add the reference of my keyboard to it, even if nobody uses this kind of hardware anymore (2 keyboards and pedal Technics EN5 organ) lol
