However I don't know how do it with LMMS, could you share any VST or Preset or advice ?

The actual guitar-sound is easy, the frets however are not
For guitar look at the presets in zynAddSubFX-default collection.
But..
You would need to have a special track for frets, and there you would need to fit them perfectly to the guitar-sounds.
It can be done, but it will be a big job!
You will need a fret-preset, and i do believe i have seen some for Synth1, and then you will need to do something like this i do here, in order to place the frets at exact right pos:

If by this you mean that you have a guitar track and now you want the same sound effects to colour it, then you need a compressor followed by reverb.

Edit: There's a hint of Tremolo in there too...

If you're speaking of the guitar sound itself.
Then check out:

1) Dsk Acousitc Guitars

2) Dsk Nylon Guitars

3) Dsk Dynamic Guitars

One of these, is supposed to make, a guitar sound, similar to the one heard, in the example you linked us to.

PS: I was able to get the first two, to work in Lmms 0.4.13, a few years ago.
I hope they work for you, because some Vst's loaded into Lmms, cause Lmms to crash.
So hopefully, you get through.
