Yes, Lmms has shortcut commands.
But some of the shortcut command key combinations, might be slightly similar, or different to those in FL Studio.
Note, I don't know all of the short cut commands for Fl Studio.

There are some similarities and differences, in the user interface.
Lmms has FX mixer channels, piano roll etc. just like in FL Studio etc.

No, lmms does not have a lot common with FLs

Some are common 'identicals' like ctrl+c for copy +v for paste, so lmms are conforming to std. conventions where possible
