note notations in Piano Roll?

Wow, I didn't know this could be done!

Around 03:14, he brings up the piano roll, and it's got notations in it! I'm talking about the B4 C5 C#5 Db5 D5 markings I see.

I can't tell what version of LMMS he's using. I am on 1.1.3 myself — how can I get these notations? They would make music transcription so much easier!

You set note-legend in your preferences, on default page.

Then you need to restart lmms

I'm not sure what you mean by this, exactly, but we'll see how it goes after I start transcribing with these on. I imagine it'll help a lot, at least right now.
