Automation editor window not opening?

When using the detune mode in piano roll it is no longer opening the automation editor window when I click on notes, can anyone help?

I suspect that your issue is solved by:
Close song-editor
look at the slider in the bottom of the screen
click on the automation editor window button
did the slider move?
If so, your automation editor window is outside the view to the right
Scroll the view to the right, find it, and drag it to the wanted position.
