I downloaded LMMS a couple days ago. I was able to use it and was getting familiar with the program and everything was fine. I had a project started, but now the sound settings keep reverting back to dummy. I get the message that some settings will not be saved until I restart, but it keeps going back to dummy. I had the settings on Windows DirectSound and Primary Sound Capture Driver when everything was working fine. When I try to change it back, but it keeps going back to Dummy. I have restarted the program several times and even reinstalled the program. I can see the master sound moving normal when I press the keys for a beat, but there is no sound. What can I do? I have Windows 10 64bit

I have been changing the settings and trying to reinstall the program, and now it has saved a sound setting that is working for me. I changed the sound setting to Windows WASAPI and restarted the program and now it seems to be working, however now the sound has a small reverb and clicking when I try to make any sounds

Okay first off:
What version of Lmms did you download?
Lmms 1.1.3 is the latest version.

What plugin(s), or Vst(s), is making the click and reverb sound?

What can I do? I have Windows 10 64bit

For windows the right backend is SDL.
