I tried searching for topics on this, but no matter what I typed, the Search engine just kept telling me my terms were too common and that it wasn't even gonna bother, so forgive me if this topic already exists.
Something that's bugged me forever is that when I use VeSTige, it seems all fine and good until the next time when I try to load my project to continue working on it. It'll pause and then give me this:
"The VST-plugin [BLANK].dll could not be loaded for some reason.
If it runs with other VST-software under Linux, please contact an LMMS-developer!"
Sometimes I have to reload the project over and over until it all works out, which is one thing when it's only one VST, but when I use multiple VST's, it becomes kind of a Slot Machine of sorts where I just have to keep loading it until I luck out and they all fall into place, or else completely reopen and reconfigure the VST and hope it doesn't happen again the next time. VeSTige in general doesn't get along very well with my computer, which for reference is a Dell Something-or-Other running Windows 10 Home Edition (64-bit). It's nothing fancy, but I don't understand why VeSTige is so... angry. It's baffling.
Any tips? Settings I can edit or whatever to optimize performance? Or do I just have to deal with it?
