Drums playing out of sync

Hi forums

I'm having a problem where my drums aren't playing back properly. When playing the beat from the beat editor window, it scrambles a note or two before getting into the loop, almost as if it's playing part of the last bar before starting the first. Also, the lights are flashing on the wrong layers when sounds are played- the snare light will flash when the kick plays, and vice versa.

When playing in the song editor window it plays an extra note before starting, making the rest out of time. The sound of the extra note isn't the same every time.

Anyone had this problem?

This is so strange that i need to see the project
upload the project, AS MMP! -and send me the link as PM (just right-click my name in byline and choose Contact musikBear), i will take a look at it

To Save as MMP:
* Open project
* File | save-as
* chose a name... 'xyzzxy.mmp'
press save
You can upload on any file-host like google drive
