Unable to change Audio Settings

Hi all,
I haven't been able to save the Audio Settings for a while.. I've read the thread:
viewtopic.php?t=1096
But my case perhaps is different. I use LMMS 1.1.3 on a Windows 7 64bit system.
Every time a opened my project from the Windows Start menu the settings was Dummy.
But I discovered that if I open LMMS normally and then open the project from the recent project list the settings are preserved. Maybe this should be told to the developers..
