Not really sure where this belongs to, but

Why is that I can't edit or delete my own projects on LSP? There are simply no such buttons as "edit" and "delete", which used to be there. Is this intended? I really hope not.

That's odd. I created my account on LSP just a few weeks ago, and I have never seen such controls. Once I have uploaded something I cannot change it in any way. I also have no idea how to add links and change font size/color in the description. Does it accept BBCode or something similar?

You can use HTML. Probably not HTML5
