Using .xpf files

So, I downloaded a preset from the LMMS Sharing platform, and it's an .xpf file. I'm not sure how to use it now. .xpf isn't an option in AudioFileProcessor, or anything else from what I've seen. Do I need to convert it to a different file type? Any help would be appreciated.
