BPS resetting themselves on playback

Whenever I change the BPS down to 70 from 110, they keep resetting to 110 on playback. What is happened?

Could this be about global automation? Right-click on the BPM selector and edit or remove global automation.

or/ and: any midifile imported will set the project-bmp to the value that specific midifile was build with. It is either of those
