Posting songs...best way to go about it?

I want to post some things that I have made for feedback. What would the best way be for me to do this?

I shall use soundcloud. Do you know of a good converter for mmpz? Soundcloud won't take.

mmp and mmpz is the internal project formats and are good to share on the forum and on the sharing platform only. You need to export the song to a soundfile.
Here's a start. Soundcloud accepts .ogg and .flac among others. (go for .ogg)
