OGG Samples distort other tracks

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
Hello fellow users of the Linux Multimedia Studio....

Today, I started a completely new project. I was using the Acid Lead preset for LB302 to play the melody, and I had kick01.ogg and hihat_closed02.ogg for a beat. When I played them separately in the Beat/Bassline Editor, they sounded fine. But when I put the two tracks into the song editor, the melody (Acid Lead) sounded distorted every time the kick or hihat sounded. I wish I could upload a sound file, but I'm not sure if I can on this forum. What should I do?

Thanks in advance, Space :P
It's possible, that the sound harmonics of all of the sounds, are clashing with each other
causing it to sound distorted. :)

Either that, or probably, you somehow stumbled on a crazy glitch/bug in Lmms. :P

If you want to post a audio snippet, of how the instruments sounds separately, and how they sound
when played together, you can post them on youtube or soundcloud or mixcloud etc.
Or some other audio site of your choice and post the link(s) to them here. :)

Or, if you want, you could upload the Lmms project file and let us check it out for you.

Your choice. :)

True you cant upload on this forum, but use soundcloud or similar and post the link
Have you used mixer, and have you given each preset its own mixer-channel?
You can learn about using the mixer here:

:P nooo not the lmms project :)
on soundcloud just post the exported file as Ogg or wave

You can upload lmms-projects on LSP, but those will be public -If you are ok with that, np
But just upload an export first, on soundcloud

Here!
The first time it plays, it is without the beat that distorts it, for a comparison.
