Fedora installation unable to play zynaddfX

I am out of my 'comfort zone' -peculiarities in linux is not my strong point, you could try the KX-Studio repo, but if it works with fedora, i have no idea.

but

I can use zyn if I use the binary provided by my distro : "dnf install lmms" but then i could not have CALF and some other nice FX
or I compile from source and I can use FX (CALF) but now i cannot use Zyn.

Was that with or without use of WINE ?
Perhaps the KX-Studio-distro should be tried.. idk :/

no idea, I have a third machine with fedora on it where i never tried to install lmms i will install with fedora provided binary and see what happen when i install wine. bu I already know that CALF will not work with fedora binary

doesn't hurt to give a try. I will try during the week-end to install debian on a virtual machine and see if I have those same problems.
