LMMS Dosent load project after crash while exporting

I exported my project and then lmms crashed. after I restarted the program and tried to open my project it starts to load some vst in the project then it stops and crashes.
I don't know what to do.
The only thing that was unusual is that I have put the sample rate to max when I exported the project.
Is there any way I could get my project back?
I haven't uninstalled/reinstalled lmms yet. Would it help?
