Progressive House Pluck

I was wondering how to make a progressive house sound/effect/pluck, example : Zedd's in Spectrum for the chorus from 0:32 to 1:03. Also looking out for specific tutorial using xfer Serum.

That is not difficult.
Most plugs are saw and square based, so you can make good ones in many of lmms' own instruments, zynAddSubFX (zasfx) is excellent for it! -But 3oc or Monstro could also be good choices.
However, Synth1 -one of the very best VSTs is outstanding!
The progressive part comes from the filter
Most plugs used a low-pass-filter
Closed, the filter gives this dark and almost contained sound, and as you open the filter, the brightness increases.
