Then later in the day, when I tried to do it over, it didn't come out the same way.

I guess I should have saved the original file, and used it as reference. My bad. He! He!
I think I probably missed out something. Sometimes when something has too many instructions, or windows, it tends to get confusing.
But Zynaddsubfx, is a very fascinating plug in. I was surprised to see it had more shape waves eg. sine wave, Triangle etc. than the Triple oscillator. And other Plug ins in Lmms. Neat.

Actually, you don't just have 12 different wave shapes, in that same window you can also do some waveshaping, harmonic editing, filter it directly etc... before even hitting it through an FM or so.
And even once you know all of ADDsynth, that's just ADDsynth, the other two are (almost) as powerful by themselves.
And then you notice that the entire thing is one instrument, and by clicking an arrow on the ZASF first window you can switch instrument, and have at least 8 playing at the same time.
That's a really really, good way of putting it
orpheon7.
It's a gigantic thing.
Yep. That word describes it best.
It is really an amazing vst plugin.
It is so amazingly gigantic, I sometimes don't know, where to start. Lol!
There is so much you could do with this vst plugin, and so many rare yet unique sounds, that you could make.
It's a rare jewel.

Lmms is blessed to have this plugin.
PS: I know this is an old topic. But I couldn't resist posting.
I really enjoyed this conversation/post.
Glad to find it again, after so long.
