How does one make Trance pluck sounds/notes in LMMS

Anything that doesn't fit into other topics goes here!
Hi guy's. I was wondering, I see tutorials on the web on making these Trance pluck notes, in other software. But not for LMMS. And most of these tutorials, don't really give an explanation on how to make them.

Can anyone briefly tell me, how to come about this in LMMS? Or direct me to an LMMS tutorial, with a very good explanation on how to make them?

Thanks. :D
:) coffebean made a progressive house pluck that you can download. http://sourceforge.net/apps/phpbb/lmms/ ... ?f=5&t=489
Thanks dotsnspots. I'll check it out. But preferrably, I'd rather learn how to make them, so I can make my own, and my own style. :D
Coffebeans music is cool too. :D

This tutorial is for FL Studio, but you can pretty much copy it in LMMS. (A 3xO is a 3xO, right?) The cutoff is a little trickier to manage (LMMS seems to have more range to it's cutoff than FL, making it more fidgety) and the menus for the FX at the end are a bit different, yet there are LADSPA equivalents which should work.

Couldn't hurt to try at least.
Yay!! Thanks alot pauljs75. That helped alot. It's exactly what I was looking for. Now if only I could "download" this Video. That'll be sweet. Youtube giving problems again. :D
You're welcome, glad I could be useful to somebody.

BTW... Not LMMS related, but "DownloadHelper" plugin for Firefox might be handy if crap-tastic buffering is a real problem for you. Bit of a longer wait to have the files local, but sometimes it's worth it. VLC should be able to play those .mp4 or .flv files.
Yay!! Thanks for the info pauljs75. But I was trying to download it with Google chromes Youtube downloader. It didn't work. It just said error. I logged in to my YouTube account, and tried to download it again. Same thing. :? I think I'll take your advice and try Firefoxes, DownloadHelper instead. It'll save me alot of time. :D

Wow! Thanks for that link djkingpin. But I knew about that tut already. But I'm glad you linked me back to that tut. :D I didn't realise before, that it dealt with pluck type notes.
I had a suspicion it did, but somehow didn't realise it. The song he made in the end is so "awesomely cool." With the notes he used in the tut. Nice.
I'm glad you found it useful :D. Do U have any music online? I'd like to hear your work!
