Cannot edit "Tested VSTs" webpage

I confirmed that Hotelsinus Reese Bassline does work for Linux, but I cannot edit the page. It says that only users can edit the page. I tried logging in, but it won't let me use my lmms.io nor my MediaWiki account.

I want to contribute more to that page in the future, how can I edit that page?

You need to apply for access.
We did have it open for all, but it was defaced and ruined with adverbs amo
You are always welcome to send me anything you like to publish, though, but if you are set to write yourself, you need to contact Either Umcaruje or Lukas

One thing- Please do not delete articles in the wiki, or rewrite existing articles, and be sure you really do add new content, and not just existing content in new wordings

Okay. I just got Hotelsinus Reese Bassline working on Linux, and the webpage says that it hasn't been tested. Changing that question mark to a check would be appreciated.

Unless I'm doing something wrong... does the question mark mean it hasn't been tested yet, or does it mean that it only works for some types of Linux?
