Presenting two projects : Tribb and F4LC0N

Hello there.

I'd like to see what you guys think of these two songs I've made.

The first one is some kind of DJ Shadow inspired thingy that I'd classify as waltz electro (waltzro ?), if that even makes sense.
The waltz part comes from the 3/4 signature and while I'm aware this is a bit too fast to actually be a waltz, the name still makes me giggle. I'm really proud of the organ sound I created from the base 3osc and of my usage of various sound effects present in the default banks (after some heavy modification of course).

The second one is directly inspired from Der Komissar by Falco and uses many samples ripped from the song such as the whole drum beat (with every instrument ripped separately) and some of the vocals. It's melody is reminiscent from hip hop but is distanced and outlandish enough for me to consider it as more like some kind of weird art of noise inspired thing (aspecially the end, I figure I like Paranoimia a lot for the breath parts).

Also, hey hey hey hey hey hey

Also a little bonus, the first song I've ever completed, it's a bit messy and as good as the other two in my opinion, but I think it's still a funny little 80's tune that could easily find it's way in a trailer for a retro-ish game so heck, here you go : https://soundcloud.com/todd-rafter/selection175
(don't hesitate to tell me what you think of this one too but don't sweat too much on it :p)

Their mastering might not be amazing, I don't have the time nor the experience to make it perfect but if you could point out the eventual discrepancies, I wouldn't mind.
Yes, Selection175 contrast with F4LC0N and Tribb.

Just an appreciation for F4LC0N and Tribb: in comparison to the drums, the “pianos” sound narrower in the stereo field, and more "lean" (I do not know if it makes sense).

An idea : working your “piano” with synthesizer layers.

Example: if your piano is a TripleOscillator, you can clone it, modify the clone slightly, and add stereophonic magnitude by playing with FL and FR parameters (in the PLUGIN tab), for example FL=-8 and FR=+8. This is not the only way to do it, but well … So, you can use your modified clone in a punctual way (just for a few notes, or a few measures), or you can use it throughout all the track.

The idea is to decrease a little the contrast between the “fat” drums and the “lean” pianos (by fattening the piano).
