A trash guitar experiment

Share and discuss your LMMS music projects here, and see what people think!
Hi everyone,

It's been a while since I came to post here.

I am glad to present you today my very first own melody.
I used it with the Trash Guitar sample from Zynth[...] along with some crash cymbal.

I'd like to get critics... Maybe this time I'll have the will to perform your proposed reworks. Thanks !

:| A positive point is that there is an introduction, a development and an end. :|

Now I would say that you can start a new .mmpz project, do new exercises, try new things, explore again, again, and again.
Whoa, thanks a lot ! I

Yeah I actually need to experiment ! I want to buy a master keyboard (my situation is quite complex so I cannot at the moment).

I am doing my best to learn the music thoery basics I need (and it's thanks to this work that I can come up with a small melody).

I still have trouble to imagine nice rythms and beats, so that will be my next trial : a beats-esque hip-hop-esque thingy.

True nightmare. If you have any free resource about creating a rythm, I take.
Have you ever visited the LSP? https://lmms.io/lsp

In the Projects section of the LSP, at the moment, it is possible to download just over 6400 projects published by users, each user having a more or less advanced level.

For example, via Search Content function, you can have a look at the hip hop projects of Javier Ramirez (DSVR). In another register, you also have Squatro projects. Etc.

You can learn a lot (e.g. on building rhythms) by studying all that available material.

Personally, I learned a lot from the work of others.

Not bad at all. It has good composition. All it just needs, is a bit of cleaning up.
I'd say, that you're on to something here dude. :)
Thanks.
btw I downloaded some examples in the "share" section.

I see there are some patterns belonging to each genre (tempo, beat structure, etc)...

I will try to learn from them.
