Here's the last track of the Ambient trilogy. Has mostly ambient elements but gets a bit housey later on . Have also gone for the full works on the playout this time Finished with chill out music for a while

Nice trilogy, fairly homogeneous.

Concerning Before The Dancefloor, I found the first part (part before the introduction of the kick) a little long, or may be too static. I have the impression that there are very few automations.

Automation is something I want to start using more. I think it would have helped a bit more . Particularly fading in and out individual tracks

Automation is a very good tool, usable at every stage of production (sound design, composition, arrangement, mix, mastering).

Although my tracks are quite mediocre, in this one https://soundcloud.com/dipsum/0223-00-1-moments-as the automation of the cutoff frequency on the lead synth is part of the composition, this gives expression to the synth (if I remove it, the melodic line becomes completely flat, uninteresting).

That's what I thought about listening to your trilogy. Automation allows, among other things, to dynamize a static mix (static in the sense that the values of the parameters of the synth or their effects do not vary).

I think the pad sound, should be a tiny bit louder.
Put in some more melodies in this tune, to give it a tiny bit more variety.

I like how you used, the voice synthy sound, that plays from 4:32 secs in this.
Overall, nice song dude.

I started to understand that before the final mix, it is better not to have too many automation tracks (the screen is quickly filled, and some problems are more easily solved before putting full automation). Once the static mix is complete, it's an opportunity to put full automation.

Well, It's just my point of view, I do not know what it's worth
