Ok, I'm new to this... can anyone tell me how to load in presets? Or are there no built-in presets?

Presets are loaded from sidebar,
Click on MyPresets
The preset-browser shows first all the various groups, and you will find the actual presets inside the groups. They are named after the type of instruments the preset has been made with.

You can also make, your own presets and save them too.
