So my M-Audio Axiom air mini 32 will not connect to windows.
I checked device manager and I think I found the midi, but it says request for usb device descriptor failed.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Thanks in advance

Yeah, I have installed the drivers and I have gone through it, it still doesn't work. The problem is that windows doesn't recognizes the midi at all.

First thing, is it getting power? Try it in a USB 2.0 port if you have one, USB 3.0 ports sometimes play up. Try a different USB cable. If you're connecting through a USB hub then try it direct instead.

The general fix for "device descriptor failed" is to right click on that (in Device Manager), select Uninstall and then restart the PC. It sometimes works.
