"Microsoft C++ runtime library" error not opening lmms

Hello i am a Windows 7 64 bit user who tried DL'ing the Lmms 1.1.3v 64 bit. when i go to open lmms i get this error. and the program force closes itself after closing the error box.

sorry can't figure out how to attach the screen shot so here is the text, quoted.
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" - title

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unsual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information." - message.

Thanks in advance from another fellow music lover and maker trying to get back into makin some grooves.

Un-install the old version and install our new
