Synth1 Test Track

I finished a track made with only synth1 (except for the drums).
i really think it turned out well. not so sure about the mixing though. i feel as if it's too compressed

Hi Jom,

I liked very much:
- the jazzy atmosphere
- the drum sounds
- the way the track is built

I liked a bit less:
- the sound of the melody (maybe a piano or some churchy organ would better fit the jazzy side of the track)
- the fade-out at the end

I think I know what you mean.
My advice is, if you used a compressor on the entire tune, and you think it makes the music, sound a bit too compressed, then tweak those dials on the compressor, to make it sound less compressed.
