It will not launch

Whenever I try to launch it, it keeps going to the installation wizard and never moves past it. I've downloaded 1.2.1 on a Windows 10. Please help.

Have you followed the installation-guide?

If not..
Remove everything you have done so far, then get a fresh new installing-pack and ONLY form here:
https://lmms.io/download
Then follow the guide, and make a new fresh installation.
