adding new effect doesn't work

Hi
How can i add my downloaded eq to Effect Chain??? I tried to add my TDR Nova.dll to C:\\Program Files\\LMMS\\plugins and to C:\\Program Files\\LMMS\\plugins\\ladspa and in both situations it didn't work.
It would be great if someone reply and fix my issue <3

Go to the settings and in the Folder section, look for the category "VST-Plugin directory". See what folder LMMS is pointing to for this category.
In my case, the folder it was pointing to didn't exist. I created the folder (you can also simply point to a different folder) and move your VST effects there.
Restart LMMS.
You should be good to go.

No you need to add VST-effects like an EQ to the folder you have defined as your VST-plugin-folder
