Plugins not loaded after changing their folder

I had my plugins installed in LMMS|plugins and they could be loaded by Vestige. I read here that they better be installed in samples folder so I moved all of 'em there. After that Vestige didn't load any of 'em.

You fixed something that was not broken
The recommendations are for new installs. You already had your installed, and working, but then you changed it.
Best thing is to revert to previous setup

I had it already reverted and it worked again. But was curious why it didn't work. The Vestige should had been neutral to the location of files I supposed.
