Is there a specific way to END a Midi track or Project?

Having trouble with LMMS? Ask about it here.
I have noticed problems on Macos implementations of LMMS with exporting audio files from Midi tracks.

I noticed just now that when I play a project in LMMS it keeps going after the end of the last track. I wonder if that is the problem with trying to export files - that hang at 99%, and don't always produce a complete output file.

Is there a way to explicitly tell LMMS that the project end has been reached? Is that an issue?
If I could put an END OF PROJECT marker in the Song Editor that might solve some problems.

Otherwise, can anyone think of another way to nail this problem?

It may just be due to the systems and versions I'm using, but it is a definite nuisance.

You could try to use the export-setting : export-between-loopmarkes And in your project set up loop-markers over the whole span of the project. It would send an additional signal to the engine, that your export should be terminated
