Testers, windows vista and newer, needed

Anything that doesn't fit into other topics goes here!
I have worked on my utility for automation-track management, and i would need someone with vista, and newer (win7, and win8 win9)
to try if this version can run on those OS..
You can see the functionality of the program here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPaOva0ntzs
And this
http://www.adrive.com/public/X3keMX/LMM ... 04_PRV.zip
should let you download a zip version of the program
The file was too large (1.4 mb) for LSP :/
I have scanned the executable before upload, but please do a new scan!
The program does not need to be installed.

I should be able to test win 7 32 bit for you. ( no linux version and or testing ?)
First attempt failed.

I do not know if its me though.

I downloaded latest version for 32 bit windows. Lmmss seems to work fine.
You're program seems to start fine, but then I have to point to an mmp file ?
The track I created to test it though is an mmpz ? Which the program does not see.

Oooo No.. sorry mu fault entirely
The program works directly on the XML code, so only *.mmp can be LMMS files will work, but it is really goos news, that you could run the program on win7 :D
Super!
Im almost sure that it will do the automation-handling, if it opens and run, that is actually the part i was uncertain about
( no linux version and or testing ?)
I would totally flabbergasted if my app would run under WINE. I think thats a total no-go, but it would be really funny if it did :p

Thanks for your test!
Well I just tried it on openSUSE 64 bit with wine. It seems to work, but of course same issue as on win 7 (mmp) LOL
wooo... 8)
But have you made it do a new automation-track from a mmp-file?
Could you try that?
I'll give it a try, save as mmp first, and then see what happens, on win 7 32bit and openSUSE 64 bit. :)
I am still a bit confused, but !

Test 1 on opensuse failed, then I booted win 7 and tried again, after a few failed attempts ( prob my mistake) it worked.
Then I went back to openSUSE and tried again there too.

The new created output file is not created in projects, but in my home folder.
On win7 though it did create a output file in projects. wtf ?

So bring in the dancing girls, because it worked for me on Win 7 32 bit, and openSUSE 64 bit (start musicbears program with wine) start lmms as usual.
i am totally flabbergasted about the WINE thing
I would NEVER expect that ..woo

The program is designed to create the new mmp file in the same folder, where you put the program.

I would guess that WINE somehow override that, and decide for it self :p

I will add a link to the program in the youTube video now :) and perhaps also on LSP..
(but the exe is too large (1.4 mb) for LSP (1 mb limit)

Thanks for your tests!, gps

Still needs testing on win8 & 9 -anyone?
Tested, and it worked! :D
LMMS 1.1.3
Win 8.1
