When you installed, did you make a default installation or did you make your own custom descissions for folders paths?
Where do you have this template from?
A template is just a project, so if you got this template from someone else, the paths in the template may not be as you expect.
Also please post your:
* Name of your Operative System (Windows/ Linux/ Mac) And subtype (Home' 'Mint' '10.13' aso)
* lmms version, and the site where you got it from
Thanks for your reply.

I installed LMMS from repos of Fedora 39. Not Flatpak.
Then, in settings, I have chosen my home folder for: working dir, gig, sf2, vst-plugins, ladspa, stk, and so on. For convenience.
I've launched a find on root to find where LMMS stores its data. Nothing arises :<

Even I've downloaded some file from LMMS share platform, I think factory templates must be here (or elsewhere). A bug?

So, the question is: how I can download factory setup?

Thanks. English is not my first language, and LMMS is new for me.

You should use the AppImage from LMMS-home
https://lmms.io/download#linux
This install works on linux. If it does not it is because of some missing components.
It can be a big problem to troubleshoot issues on linux, because all linux installations are different from each other. I have win10 so i am not apt in linux at all. I will add a linux tag to your post, but do try the AppImage and let us know how it went
I know its not the Linux way, but listen to musikbear.

https://lmms.io/download#linux

I am a Linux user, and don't get why most distro fuck this (lmms) up.

Download the file, change the rights so it becomes executable.
Then start LMMS by double clicking the file.

Another solution would be:

https://fedoramagazine.org/configure-fe ... ose-music/
Its far easier though to download the Applmage file.

I am on openSUSE tumbleweed, and added the Geekos repository. (which is about the same as adding the CCRMA repository to ferdora)

Out of the box most distro don't compile LMMS right, that's why the LMMS devs made the Applmage version.
