Rights and license of lmms music projects

Hello
How do I get permission to use music from an artist user on lmms? I looked up the Artistic License 2.0, it says "that you are always permitted to make agreements entirely outside of this License directly with the Copyright Holder of a particular Package. If the terms of this License do not permit the full use you propose to make of the Package, you should contact the Copyright Holder and seek a different licensing agreement." How do I also contact the owners or do I not need to do that? Can we use music for LMMs projects?

You need to address the creator personally.
If there are no contact information and no way to find the creator online, then you cant use any creators projects legally.
LMMS staff oa creators cant help you.
