Is anyone else experiencing this? Doesn't seem normal. OS Devuan (similar to Debian). It happens when playing and moving a track at the same time for sure, and in other scenarios too I think. Lmms version 1.2.2. I'm even considering switching to Windows, idk what else would have a chance at fixing it.

No that is not a common issue with LMMS for Linux, but you say you have 1.22, is that our AppImage, or a version from another web-page?
1.3 Alpha-AppImage is also more stable than 1.22, so you could upgrade, just remember that after upgrade, you cant 'downgrade' for those projects that has been saved with 1.3
