Do you mean that when you click on a key in the virtual keyboard, the sound is lower?
That is a feature. The more you click away from the edge, the less velocity the key will deliver.

I mean, when I open a program in VST that has its own keyboard, the VST keyboard doesn't match the sounds coming from the original keyboard of the program I installed.And the same thing happens on the piano roll, and it's not the volume, the texture really sounds very different.
That sounds like a bug. What version do you have and on what OS.
Also, what VST are you having this issue with?
