LMMS 0.4.12 Win64 - Babylon Toolbar Trojan

Hi folk, I've just attempted to download the Win64 version of 0.4.12, and my AV ( ESET NOD32 4.0.474, virus db 6795 ) warns me about a 'Babylon Toolbar' trojan. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem with this file ?

Where did you get your download from?
The official site -eg here?

It has been reported that downloads from cNet contain and do infact install the babylon toolbar.
